Shipping

Minimum order: Each order must be of a minimum value of $ 34.95 (1 unit of Hydrosal Gel) + applicable taxes.

Checkout: Checkout takes place via "View Order", where you see the complete content of your order. "Confirm order" will bring you to a screen to submit payment information.

Order processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday until noon (closing time). Every order received after noon will be treated the next business day.

Order Fulfillment: Delivery is available Monday through Friday to businesses and residences within 10 to 15 business days.

Shipping rates: There is a flat fee of $9.95 for shipping for a minimum of 1 unit and maximum volume of 3 units of Hydrosal Gel.   

Shipping times: Packages are shipped every day around 5pm for optimal purposes. Once an order is ready, shipping time depends on your area. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for delivery.

 
Return Policy

Money Back Guarantee:  If you are not completely satisfied with Hydrosal Gel within 30 days from the order date, we will refund your purchase (excluding shipping charges). Simply complete the return authorization form on this website then send your receipt and bar code along with the product for your refund to:
