Valeo Pharma Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Valeo Pharma Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
Every product you buy on-line from Valeo Pharma Inc. is backed for 30 days warranty of the invoice date. Valeo Pharma will not authorize the return of goods for credit if the merchandise is outdated.
All returns must be approved by Valeo Pharma Inc. consumer service. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please call 1 866 694-0150. No returns will be accepted without an RA number issued by Valeo Pharma Inc.
Products returned for exchange must be in good condition, original packaging and include invoice.
